1. Cut a strip of the Poppies Border with Glitter Paper and add to a piece of white cardstock.
2. Add a strip of green cardstock.
3. Add red rectangle to the left of the photo and a strip of the Pretty Poppies paper on the right.
4. Apply 2 flower rubons to white cardstock and punch out with circle punches.
5. Apply a flower rubon to red cardstock and cut out. Attach to a scalloped white cardstock circle with a brad.
6. Add black flourish rubon and then add the other circle rubons.
7. Add long flower border rubon to vellum and staple to the page.
8. Add 'bliss' circle rubon to white paper and punch out with a circle punch. Fold over paper and staple.
9. Add sewing and journaling to finish your page.
