Trim Savoy to fit frame. Cut window out of Savoy for photo placement.Paint edges of frame and inside photo window edges with white paint. Ink inside Savoy window with white ink. Apply Mod Podge to frame front and smooth Savoy piece over the Mod Podged frame.
Cut corner/triangular piece from Regency Stripes. Ink edges with Green ink.
Affix stickers, chipboard pieces, and rub-ons.
Fancy cut flowers from Tiffany and affix with Mod Podge.
If desired, apply a top coat of Mod Podge over entire project to seal.
