Contact Creativity Inc. by phone at (800) 811-2318 or by email at info@creativityinc.com. For returns, you will need to request an RA (Return Authorization) number. Q: Do you ship backordered items?

We do not backship any items. If we have fewer items in stock than you are ordered, you will receive a notification via email and your order will be filled and completed with the quantity available. Q: Do you ship internationally?

Retailers should contact our distributors, Notions, Petersen-Arne or Sbars, to place a wholesale order. Q: Can I make a donation request for my charity, event, etc?
